What is NAD+

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a vital coenzyme your cells use to help generate energy, support metabolism, and assist important cellular functions, including DNA repair and brain communication. Everyone has NAD+ in their cells, but levels naturally drop with age and stress, which can leave you feeling tired, foggy, or just “off.” Injecting NAD+ gives direct support your body can absorb and use without relying on digestion.

Why it Matters

Life puts demands on your energy systems every day. When natural NAD+ declines, your cells have to work harder to keep up with stress, movement, focus, and recovery. NAD+ injections help your cells get the fuel they need so you can feel more alert, more resilient, and more like yourself. People commonly report increased energy, sharper focus, and smoother recovery after regular NAD+ support.

OPTIONAL NAD+ TESTING FOR CLARITY

We offer NAD+ testing to measure baseline levels before starting therapy. Testing is not required, but it can be especially helpful for patients who value objective data and want treatment decisions grounded in measurable information.

Baseline levels give context for symptoms, help guide dosing, and provide a reference point as care progresses. Offering testing reflects a clinical approach to NAD+ therapy rather than a one-size recommendation.

NAD+ TAKE-HOME KITS

Our NAD+ take-home kits are designed for patients who want steady, ongoing support without frequent office visits. Each kit includes a vial of NAD+ (one month) along with clear instructions and all necessary supplies.

Subcutaneous injections are given just beneath the skin and allow for gradual absorption over time. Many patients find this method comfortable, easy to learn, and simple to maintain as part of their routine.

The recommended dose will vary by person, but injections can be done up to three times weekly.

COST: $450

How the take-home kits work

  • You begin with a consultation to review your health history, symptoms, and goals

  • Determine if a take-home kit is appropriate for you

  • Receive a full month supply with step-by-step guidance

  • Our team remains available for questions, check-ins, and adjustments as needed

Who this option is a good fit for

This option is ideal for patients who value consistency, flexibility, and fewer in-office appointments while still receiving medically guided care.

Take-home kits are often chosen by patients who:

  • Want daily or regular NAD+ support

  • Prefer at-home administration

  • Travel frequently or have limited availability for office visits

  • Appreciate a structured but flexible approach

Your provider will help you decide if a take-home kit, in-office injections, or a combination makes the most sense for you.

ENERGY AT THE CELLULAR LEVEL

NAD plays a key role in how your cells create energy, repair themselves, and age over time. If fatigue, brain fog, or slower recovery feel familiar, this might be a missing piece worth understanding.

NAD+ works best when it’s supported by sleep, nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle habits that affect cellular energy and repair. We’re working on educational resources to explain how these pieces fit together and how to support results over time.

Weight Loss Treatments

  • Semaglutide

ONCE WEEKLY INJECTION FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Semaglutide belongs to a class of medications known as glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists, or GLP-1 RAs. It mimics the GLP-1 hormone, released in the gut in response to eating.

One role of GLP-1 is to prompt the body to produce more insulin which reduces blood sugar (glucose).

When used in conjunction with diet and exercise, it can cause significant weight loss and a reduced risk of cancer, diabetes and heart disease -- in people who are obese or overweight.

ONCE WEEKLY INJECTION FOR WEIGHT LOSS

When combined with the right diet and lifestyle changes, Tirzepatide has shown promise in aiding patients with chronic weight management.

While the GLP-1 RAs (Semaglutide) affect only GLP-1 receptors, Tirzepatide is a novel dual agonist at both the GLP-1 and the glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptors. GIP is another incretin hormone that plays an important role in stimulating meal-time insulin secretion

Contrave combines the distinct actions of its two active ingredients toward this end. The combination of these two drugs yields a dual action on pathways in the brain, effecting a reduced appetite and improving craving control, so you can lose weight and keep it off.
