CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and strive to provide exceptional care. To ensure we can accommodate all patients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our scheduling and cancellation policies.
Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice your credit card on file will be charged a cancellation fee. If you No Show your appointment a cancellation fee will charged on your credit card on file. Failing to provide sufficient notice limits our ability to serve other clients and leads to the following fees:

Complimentary Consultations

Complimentary consultations are always free of charge. We offer these consultations as an opportunity to listen to your concerns, understand your needs, and provide personalized guidance on your wellness journey. This is your time to share what’s on your mind, explore available options, and receive expert recommendations tailored to you—without any financial commitment. While a credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, you will not be charged for the consultation itself.

If you choose to move forward with a program or service after your consultation, we’ll go over all available options, including pricing and payment plans, so you can decide what feels right for you—without any pressure.
Booking

Late Arrival

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for all appointments. New patients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork.

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we cannot accommodate you, the following fees will apply:

For excessively late arrivals, the appointment may be considered a no-show (see below).
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
If you fail to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice or are excessively late without notifying us, the following fees will apply:

For multiple no-call/no-shows:
If you miss more than two appointments without proper notice, we may require a deposit for future bookings to ensure fairness and availability for all clients.
Emergency Situations
We understand that life’s circumstances may sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours’ notice, a fee will be charged to the card on file according to our cancellation policy.
We also recognize that genuine emergencies can happen. If an unforeseen emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we strive to handle these situations with understanding and compassion.
However, to ensure fairness for all clients and staff, repeated claims of emergencies may result in fees not being waived.
