XERF

Structural skin tightening & collagen support

XERF is an advanced skin tightening treatment designed to support collagen, improve skin structure, and strengthen overall skin quality over time. Using controlled radiofrequency energy, it targets deeper layers beneath the skin to improve laxity, crepey texture, and loss of firmness without damaging the surface. How it works

XERF uses advanced radiofrequency technology to deliver controlled thermal energy into the deeper structural layers of the skin. This heat stimulates fibroblasts and encourages collagen remodeling beneath the surface, helping strengthen and support the skin over time.

XERF is designed to improve structural integrity and skin firmness at a deeper level. As collagen production increases, skin appears tighter, smoother, and more resilient, with improvements continuing over the weeks and months following treatment.

Because the epidermis remains protected during treatment, downtime is minimal, making XERF an approachable option for patients wanting meaningful skin tightening without surgery or aggressive recovery.

How to get started

Every XERF treatment begins with a comprehensive consultation. Using advanced skin analysis and imaging technology, we evaluate skin laxity, texture, collagen integrity, and overall skin quality to determine if XERF is the right fit for your goals.
During your visit, your provider will review your concerns, discuss expected results, explain the recommended number of sessions, and build a personalized treatment plan designed around your skin and long-term goals.

appointment prep

HOW TO PREPARE

Avoid excessive sun exposure and active irritation before treatment. Patients should arrive with clean skin free of makeup, lotions, or heavy skincare products unless otherwise directed by their provider.

Your provider will review your skin, medical history, treatment goals, and any preparation recommendations during your consultation to ensure treatment is customized appropriately.

HYDRATION

Hydration plays an important role in skin health and treatment response. Because radiofrequency energy interacts with water within the tissue, well-hydrated skin often responds more efficiently to treatment.

Many patients choose to pair XERF with IV hydration therapy prior to treatment to support hydration levels and overall skin health. Your provider can recommend the best approach based on your goals and treatment plan.

FAQ

Absolutely. XERF™ is a true “lunchtime lift.” Because it targets the deep SMAS layer and protects the surface, there is no peeling, bruising, or visible irritation. You can apply makeup and return to your social schedule immediately following your session.

Unlike older technologies that often require topical numbing or a high pain tolerance, XERF™️ prioritizes patient comfort. It uses a patented Integrated Cryogen Delivery (ICD) system that cools and protects the skin’s surface while the energy is delivered. Because of this, most patients describe the deep structural heating as a comfortable, warm massage rather than a painful experience.

Yes. XERF™ is safe for all skin types (Fitzpatrick I–VI). Because the multifrequency technology bypasses surface pigment to target deep structural tissue, there is no risk of hyperpigmentation or surface damage.

Yes. XERF™ pairs perfectly with Sculptra (for foundational volume), Botox/Dysport (for surface wrinkles), Microneedling and other laser treatments to create a comprehensive, non-surgical facial or body transformation.

While some patients see results in a single session, an initial series of 2–3 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart is recommended for optimal structural change and long-term collagen remodeling.

A typical session takes about 30 minutes depending on the treatment areas. Because there is no numbing required beforehand and no recovery period afterward, you are in and out quickly, a true lunchtime lift.
